I chose the ECO-WORTHY ๐๐ง๐๐ซ๐ ๐ฒ๐๐จ๐๐ค ๐๐๐๐๐ก battery, purchasing it for just over $430 during a sale; honestly, for me, the biggest change it brought wasn't just the increase in capacity.Itโs the peace of mind.
I installed the new battery in a small empty space underneath my bed. It fits perfectly, and having that ๐ฆ๐๐ญ๐๐ฅ ๐๐ง๐๐ฅ๐จ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ซ๐ sitting right there gives me a lot more confidence.
Iโve been using batteries in my RV for two years, so Iโm not completely new to this. But letโs be honest โ when youโre sleeping just a few feet away from your battery, you still think about what could possibly go wrong.
The solid metal case makes me feel much more comfortable, especially with the battery installed underneath the bed.
I also have three 200W solar panels on the roof, for a total of 600W of solar power. During the day, they provide plenty of energy to keep my RV running while also charging the battery.
And that stored energy keeps working after the sun goes down. With the 280Ah capacity, I can keep my lights, refrigerator, electronics and other essentials running through the night. And if I really want to,๐ ๐๐๐ง ๐๐ฏ๐๐ง ๐ซ๐ฎ๐ง ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐๐ ๐๐ฅ๐ฅ ๐ง๐ข๐ ๐ก๐ญ.
Thatโs the kind of upgrade I was looking for โ more capacity, better use of my solar power, and most importantly,๐ฅ๐๐ฌ๐ฌ ๐ฐ๐จ๐ซ๐ซ๐ฒ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐๐จ๐ฎ๐ญ ๐ฆ๐ฒ ๐๐๐ญ๐ญ๐๐ซ๐ฒ ๐ฐ๐ก๐ข๐ฅ๐ ๐โ๐ฆ ๐ฌ๐ฅ๐๐๐ฉ๐ข๐ง๐ .
If youโre still running lead-acid batteries in your RV, Iโd seriously consider making the switch to lithium.
Two years with my old setup taught me what I needed. This upgrade finally gives me what I wanted. ๐โ๏ธ๐
