Our professional team is now carrying out detailed installation of the electrical system, including conduit routing and wiring termination for all power circuits.

A brand‑new Hager three‑phase main distribution board is adopted as the core power‑distribution unit for this property. We have completed the full design of the power scheme with properly segregated independent circuits, followed by on‑site wiring and connection works.

All electrical materials used comply with British Standards. The entire installation is executed in strict accordance with EMSD regulations and codes of practice.
Rigorous quality control is implemented throughout design, material selection and construction, to deliver a safe, durable and stable power supply system for this high‑end residence.

Another Scandinavian style renovation after a severe fire accident. A very significant remodelling job. Concrete failure, water leakage, and improper layout were all fixed and resulted in a modern and spacious living place.

Singaporian client bought his upper floor and turned it into a duplex. The upper floor is a study and gym. Subject to confined space around an internal staircase, we made a simple but modern scissors staircase made of thick stainless steel, together with glass balustrades.

不少人嚮往擁有複式單位, 認為比一間大單位更好使好用. 今次客人係新加坡夫婦, 買咗樓上單位, 希望打通自製複式特色單位. 樓上主要裝修成書房同健身房, 日常生活喺樓下. 由於樓梯位置空間唔大, 所以特別設計一條簡約嘅不锈鋼"鉸剪梯"連玻璃攔河, 令整條樓梯觀感上比較輕盈同時尚.
