The decking all finished at Bel-Air

11/09/2026

Starting the sanding of the old maple floor in our oroject in Bel-Air on the Peak, Cyberport. One 1000 sq. ft which is 18 years old. Crazy old sih fuh is loudly talking to himself !
If he gets everything done today, then we have 2 days for the staining before 2 days of lacquering. Stain is Bondex Perfect in Walnut, a water-based product which should be good to work with. The lacquer will be a lot more evil.

Finished the bathroom makeover up on Robinson Road for an old client. A lovely Turkish marble with HansGrohe Croma Select rainshower and basin mixer. Managed to order a 48 mm tumbled marble mosaic for a non-slip floor from Omega Stone down on Lockhart Road. Our third collaboration.
Very happy with how everything turned out.
