Welcome to LAP STUDIO’s newly furnished 747-square-feet apartment, designed to provide a simple yet warm and inviting atmosphere.

The flat features four thoughtfully designed rooms for a young family for three, including a main bedroom, a kid's room, a reading room, and a walk-in closet.

With a contemporary aesthetic, the walls and furniture are adorned with smoke oak wood finishing, adding a touch of elegance and sophistication to the space.

Pocket sliding door system is used, allowing for seamless transitions between rooms while minimizing the space required for traditional swinging doors.

Completing the look is the Stile, Italian-engineered wood flooring, which not only enhances the cozy ambiance but also enjoy the perfect blend of style and functionality in that perfect haven for relaxation and comfort.

歡迎參閱立工作室設計及裝修的747平方尺住宅單位，為客戶提供一個簡單而溫暖、洋溢令人愉悅氛圍的居所。

單位針對一個三人家，擁有四個精心設計的房間，包括一個主臥室、一個兒童房、一個閱讀室和一個衣帽間。

以現代美學為特色，牆壁和家具都裝飾著煙薰橡木包木皮作為主色調，為空間增添了一抹優雅和精緻。
