Phong Le Cham Relic Museum
Danang, Vietnam

The Phong Le Cham relic site in Danang is of archaeological significance ,having been excavated in the early 20th century, its more substantial artefacts are now displayed in Danang's museum of Cham sculpture .
The design of the buildings sensitively protect the remaining Cham relics on site and provide the modern interpretive facilities required of a contemporary tourist destination.
The pavilions are imagined as a series of village like groupings ,consisting a sequence of conical lantern roofs ,arranged to illuminate an excavated relic grouping.
Visitors view the relics by means of a promenade floating above the present ground level and the archaeological dig.

Nha Trang Administrative Centre
Located on Hoang Hoa Street, the new civic centre consists of a gently sculpted 17 floor administrative tower siting atop a curvilinear 3 storey podium containing the peoples committee offices, meeting rooms and dedicated lobbies.
Sail like sunscreens wrap the tower shaft, punctuated by three storey sky gardens introducing green "breakout" spaces throughout the tower's height.

Wan Chai Connect, is often described as an even grander vision than the New York's Highline. This urban design concept by DCMSTUDIOS ARCHITECTS is a powerful vision for the future, weaving old Wan Chai and the Hong Kong Harbour front back together. Critical to the urban intervention is the creation of a grand landscaped avenue metaphorically floating as an elevated garden promenade above the traffic and noise of the central highway of Gloucester Road. Interlaced with shaded walkways, lawns, fountains and public art, this sustainable ribbon of parkland appears as if from nowhere to provide the ultimate solution to reconnect the historic Wan Chai district with its previously disconnected counterpart, North Wan Chai.

Duta Grand Hotel
Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
An urban landmark, the Duta Grand Hotel is located at the junction of Jalan Ampang and Jalan Sultan Ismail. Designed by DCMSTUDIOS ARCHITECTS, the 52 storey high tower contains a 275 room 5 star hotel and 18 floors of luxury apartments.

Global Switch Data Centre
Tseung Kwan O, Hong Kong
Located in the Tseung Kwan O Industrial Estate, and adjacent to the cable landing station as well as close to other major submarine cable landing stations, Global Switch’s Data Centre provides 71,000 sqm of world-class infrastructure services which makes it Hong Kong's largest carrier and cloud-neutral data centre.
DCMSTUDIOS ARCHITECTS acted as both the Architects and Interior Designers for this exciting development.

Operational since 2017, the facility is accessed through a strikingly contemporary reception lobby which also provides state of the art conference rooms and more casual 'breakout' seating areas. Externally, careful consideration was given to colour and materials in articulating the building mass, giving architectural expression to key functional elements from the building profile.

The facility is a leading example of an environmentally sustainable data centre incorporating innovative design initiatives aimed at achieving long-term energy efficiency. Stage 1 has achieved a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Platinum Rating.
Stage 2 of the development is due for completion towards the end of 2020.

Maoye Tiandi Tower
Chengdu, China
Located on the eastern edge of Tianfu square at the heart of Chengdu, this large scale development designed by DCMSTUDIOS ARCHITECTS consists of a landmark 400m high mixed use tower and a 9 storey retail department store.
Separated by an established development, the tower and the mall are connected by a double height bridge link threaded between the existing buildings. Conceived as a tapered obelisk, the office tower is divided into three distinct office zones with the fourth and highest zone dedicated to a world class 5 star hotel commanding views across Tianfu square and the city beyond.

Thu Thiem Tower
Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
Located within the City's new Thu Thiem district in Ho Chi Minh City, this flagship 36 floor, 50,000 sqm retail and commercial development enjoys both commanding views over the river towards the city centre and direct access to the new riverside promenade and cultural amenities.
As lead architect for the project, DCMSTUDIOS ARCHITECTS embraced the opportunity to fashion an architecturally distinct tower and landmark for the new Thu Thiem urban development area.
The retail podium responds and connects to the adjacent parkland in a series of cascading terraces and a sinuous pedestrian bridge link, whilst above the podium a gently tapered and pleated office tower is crowned with a sky lobby giving exclusive access to the the final four executive floors.
