We are proud to announce the successful completion and delivery of Raben Group's first owner-occupied logistics facility in Greece.

Delivered as a turnkey project in the area of Sindos, Thessaloniki, the development comprises a 1,200 m² office building, a 4,200 m² warehouse, an 850 m² temperature-controlled cold storage chamber and a 20,000 m² fully developed logistics site.

Beyond construction, our team was entrusted with the adaptation and detailed engineering of the project to meet Raben Group's European technical standards, including the complete NFPA-compliant fire protection design and infrastructure.

This project reflects our commitment to delivering technically demanding industrial developments with precision, quality and reliability, while meeting the expectations of leading international clients.
