The office was set in Thessaloniki (Greece) in 2003 and deals with architecture, urban and landscape design. Today, we have offices in Thessaloniki, Athens, Crete London U.K. We provide our clients with a wide variety of architectural services of all kinds and scales. OFFICETWENTYFIVEARCHITECTS has been awarded with prizes, distinctions and honorable mentions in a variety of competitions about architecture, urban and landscape design, industrial design, street furniture, public space design small-scale ephemeral structures etc. This is what keep us fresh and up to date.

Two residences shaped by a shared architectural language.

Located in Koropi, Athens, this residential project comprises two detached family homes articulated across four distinct levels. The overall composition is defined by the expressive prismatic geometry of the upper volumes, establishing a bold architectural identity above a restrained, grounded base.

Generous openings establish a visual connection between levels while introducing natural daylight and ventilation deep into the interior spaces.

As daylight fades, Kardia House reveals a new dimension of its spatial identity. Carefully integrated exterior illumination accentuates the residence’s geometric volumes, highlights its clean structural lines, and introduces a warm ambiance to the minimalist façade.

Subtle lighting strategies across the landscaped grounds, outdoor terraces, and semi-outdoor living areas cultivate an inviting atmosphere, while the soft interplay of light and shadow continuously enriches the dialogue between the built form and its natural context.

An outdoor living experience shaped by architecture and nature.

At Kardia House, the exterior landscape extends the residential experience directly into the surrounding olive grove. A spacious semi-outdoor lounge area, sheltered by a sleek pergola, establishes a seamless transition between the interior footprint and its natural context—creating an ideal setting for relaxation and quiet gathering.

The architectural layout prioritizes uninhibited views, curated landscaping, and a central atrium that visually connects the different living zones. Every detail contributes to a harmonious balance between privacy, comfort, and contemporary Mediterranean living.
