Designing for active users. Creating dynamic, experiential spaces. Urban Soul Project was created based on the idea of a unity between design and construction.

Comprising a team from various professions including architects, civil and electrical engineers, interior designers and project managers. Its aim is to blend modern and traditional design with the highest standards in quality construction through new technology, materials and vintage techniques.

The hotel is not the building.

At Hotel Experience 2026, Tasos Georgantzis spoke about designing the experience before designing the architecture, a principle at the core of our approach to hospitality.

Drawing on selected projects from our hospitality portfolio, the keynote followed the guest journey from arrival and transition to encounter, privacy, stay and memory, looking at how architecture connects one moment to the next.

The Glade Office Campus is on the Archello Awards 2026 Longlist for Unbuilt Mixed Use Project of the Year.

Designed in collaboration with UNS, The Glade is conceived around an urban forest, with planted courtyards and cascading terraces bringing architecture and landscape closer to everyday working life.

CHORA at Domes of Elounda is on the Archello Awards 2026 Longlist for Hotel Interior of the Year.

Set in Elounda, the project brings together local stone, soft curves and natural light, creating interiors that remain closely connected to the Cretan landscape.

Chora Domes of Elounda is featured in issue 311 of ek magazine.

The four-page feature, titled “A Sequence of Courtyards”, presents how seventeen independent guest units form a small-scale settlement of stone volumes, planted paths and private courtyards, overlooking Spinalonga.

Neema Maison Finikia Santorini is featured in the October 2026 issue of KTIRIO Hotels.

Across eight pages, the publication looks at how the project moves beyond Santorini’s familiar all-white vocabulary.

At Neema, the brand identity becomes architecture: a red metal thread travels through the hotel, the signature pattern reappears in the pool tiles, and the guestrooms introduce details inspired by fabric samples, fitting rooms and fashion backstage spaces.

Across the offices, a sequence of thresholds and framed views keeps the neoclassical fabric in view.

Dark joinery and contemporary elements are set alongside hand-painted ceilings, patterned floors and the staircase, allowing the building’s historic and contemporary layers to remain clearly legible.

Neema Maison Finikia Santorini has been shortlisted for the FRAME Awards 2026 in the Colour category.

At Neema, colour becomes part of the architecture. Its signature red moves through the hotel as a continuous thread, appearing across surfaces, details and bespoke elements, in deliberate contrast with the subdued tones of the Santorini landscape.

Selected among the five highest ranked projects in its category, Neema now enters the final stage of the awards.

Working within the restored neoclassical building on Anagnostopoulou Street, we approached the interior as a continuation of its architectural character.
Hand-painted ceilings and classical proportions anchor the spaces, while contemporary interventions establish a new workplace identity for the Athanasios C. Laskaridis Charitable Foundation.
