Οι “e2architects” ιδρύθηκαν το 2009 από τον Ανδρέα Μέρμηγκα και την Ιφιγένεια Θεοδωρίδου. Σπούδασαν μαζί Αρχιτέκτονες Μηχανικοί στο Πολυτεχνείο Darmstadt της Γερμανίας, με τομέα εμβάθυνσης την εξοικονόμηση ενέργειας και την αειφορικότητα στον κτιριακό τομέα. Εργάστηκαν σε διάφορα γραφεία της Ελλάδας και του εξωτερικού συναντήθηκαν ξανά το 2009 για να ιδρύσουν τους “e2architects”.
