Για τρίτη συνεχόμενη χρονιά, το γραφείο μας φιλοξενεί την πολύχρωμη έκθεση τέχνης των μικρών καλλιτεχνών της γειτονιάς των 40 Εκκλησιών, από το εργαστήριο της φίλης μας, Katerina Stoikou!

Ευχαριστούμε θερμά την Κατερίνα, τα ταλαντούχα παιδιά του εργαστηρίου της και όλους τους κατοίκους της γειτονιάς που αγκαλιάζουν κάθε χρόνο αυτή την όμορφη πρωτοβουλία στον χώρο μας.

For the third consecutive year, our studio hosts a colourful art exhibition featuring the annual work of the young artists of our neighbourhood, aged 4 to 13, from the art workshop of our dear friend Ms. Katerina Stoikou!

Many thanks to Katerina, her talented students, and the local community for embracing both this event and our space year after year.

Our office, in collaboration with Dimitris Stefanakis and Studio99, is pleased to see the multifunctional park project at Pedio Areos in Volos moving into the bidding and construction phase, following approval of DD phase and funding for the first - northern section.

The initial redevelopment of 10.000 out of 60.000 m2, alongside the under construction new Museum of Argo, aims to transform the neglected city entrance of Volos into a vibrant new landmark for the citizens!

Conceived as an “athletic park,” the design combines sports, leisure, and social spaces around an elliptical running track, while prioritizing existing vegetation, bioclimatic strategies, and long-term resilience. The park will host a range of facilities, including basketball and volleyball courts, table tennis areas, a climbing wall, a skatepark, and an open-air amphitheater.

We hope the project will be realized with the care and attention to detail it requires, delivering an open, active, and sustainable public space to the citizens and visitors of Volos!

Our studio is participating in the 2025 edition of OPEN HOUSE Thessaloniki, titled “FUTURE HERITAGE – today’s architecture, tomorrow’s legacy.”

OPEN HOUSE Thessaloniki is an event that invites the public to experience Thessaloniki through its architecture, opening buildings and spaces that are usually inaccessible. During the event, thousands of visitors will have the opportunity to take part in free guided tours of both public and private spaces. These tours are led by volunteers, offering participants the chance to explore the city’s buildings, learn about their architectural significance, and discover Thessaloniki’s rich cultural heritage.

Open House Thessaloniki is proud to be part of Open House Europe (2023–2025), a three-year collaborative project co-funded by the European Union. The initiative seeks to spark a meaningful conversation about architecture as a shared European identity, highlighting the importance of well-designed spaces and empowering citizens to advocate for a more thoughtful built environment.

Μπορεί το σκοτάδι , ως φως μιας άλλης ποιότητας να φανερώσει την αλήθεια? -
Το χέρι καταγράφει αυθόρμητα, οι λογικές επεξεργασίες σιγούν.
Στα όρια της γραφής κορυφώνεται ρίσκο κ απόλαυση.
Ο φόβος της αποτυχίας κ του λάθους μεταμορφώνονται σε αποδοχή.
Κατάφαση , άφημα , εμπιστοσύνη στους μηχανισμούς λειτουργίας της ζωής.
Ένα παιχνίδι αυτόματης γραφής με τα ελάχιστα μέσα (μελάνι - κάρβουνο), μια εξερεύνηση μορφής - περιεχομένου , με επιρροές από το θέατρο Σκιών και τα γιαπωνέζικα ιδεογράμματα //

Σχεδιασμός νέων χώρων νηπιαγωγείου στη Θέρμη Θεσσαλονίκης!

Το σχέδιο, η επιλογή υλικών και αποχρώσεων καθώς και ο φωτισμός των χώρων ενισχύουν την σχέση του εσωτερικού των αιθουσών με την φύση και το πράσινο στοιχείο στο εξωτερικό. Οι χώροι δημιουργούν ένα περιβάλλον που ευνοεί την κοινωνικοποίηση των παιδιών, με δυνατότητα προσαρμογής των επίπλων ανάλογα με την διαδικασία διδασκαλίας!

Μεγάλα ανοίγματα για φυσικό φωτισμό και εύκολη πρόσβαση στην αυλή, επαρκής τεχνητός θερμός φωτισμός για τις ημέρες του χειμώνα, έπιπλα από φυσικό ξύλο με λεπτομερή σχεδιασμό για τις ακμές και τις γωνίες, πολλαπλοί αποθηκευτικοί χώροι, πολύχρωμα στοιχεία και βινυλικό δάπεδο με ειδικές προδιαγραφές για σχολικές αίθουσες αποτελούν τα βασικά χαρακτηριστικά του έργου!

Design of multiple interior spaces of a kindergarten in Thermi, Thessaloniki.

The classrooms and other utilities' spaces are designed to connect the interior of the kindergarten with the exterior yard and greenery. The materials used, the colours applied, the vast opening towards the yard, the new flooring and the lights on the interior create a functional, modern and ecological aspect of the new teaching areas!

Many thanks to Paidikorama School for their trust and will to accept new ideas and high-end materials for the new spaces!

Το 2023 το γραφείο μαζί με τον Dimitris Stefanakis και το Studio99 βραβεύτηκε στην 11η Μπιενάλε Νέων Ελλήνων Αρχιτεκτόνων για το έργο της Ανάπλασης του πάρκου Πεδίου Άρεως στον Βόλο!

Ευχαριστούμε θερμά το Ελληνικό Ινστιτούτο Αρχιτεκτονικής, το Τμήμα Αρχιτεκτόνων του Α.Π.Θ και το Τελλόγλειο Ίδρυμα Τεχνών Α.Π.Θ για την τιμή που μας έκαναν να εκθέσουμε στο ευρύ κοινό το όραμά μας για έναν σημαντικό πυρήνα πρασίνου για την πόλη του Βόλου!
