EVG DEVELOPMENT & CONSTRUCTIONS | CONSTRUCTION UPDATE

Dear Valued Buyers,

We would like to update you on the progress of the external landscaping and surrounding areas of our development, with particular reference to Blocks A and B.

The recent rainfall has affected the construction site, creating temporary difficulties with access and the smooth ex*****on of the external works.

We fully understand your anticipation and excitement to see our development completed and taking its final shape. We kindly ask for your understanding and patience during this necessary period, allowing us the time required to complete the landscaping and outdoor works properly.

Our priority is not simply to complete the work, but to deliver it with the quality, care, and attention to detail that every homeowner deserves.

As soon as weather conditions improve, we will continue the works with the aim of ensuring steady progress and carefully completing the external areas, enhancing the overall appearance, quality, and character of the development.

We sincerely thank you for your trust, patience, and understanding. Your satisfaction remains one of our highest priorities, and we are committed to proceeding responsibly and consistently throughout every stage of the project.
