OLIVE MILL – OLIVE OIL MUSEUM
In the fertile land of Macedonia, we envisioned and designed a space devoted to the Earth, the Olive Oil, and the Human Spirit. A visitable Olive Mill with an Olive Oil Museum.
Materials & Architecture
• Contemporary architecture: stone, metal, wood.
• Two buildings, placed in a position to create an open courtyard of senses and experiences. Inclusive and accessible to all visitors
• Functional spaces: production areas, tasting rooms, product sales, offices, support facilities, education zones, and areas for cultural events.
• Stone-built exterior structures with metal pergolas, and stone path walkways through the property.
• 5 senses Garden. Smell, through the aroma of lavender and cypress. Hearing, through the sound of water and music. Taste, through the sampling of pure, unfiltered olive oil. Touch, through the refreshing breeze and flowing water. Sight, through the harmony of nature and architecture.
• Outdoor seating areas - places for rest and reflection.

• Traditional tools alongside modern processing methods.
• Olive oil and its role in medicine, nutrition, and cosmetics.
• The olive tree in Greek history, as a timeless symbol of peace and prosperity.
• Interactive, engaging exhibits that combine learning and play.
The visitable olive mill is more than a production facility. It’s a space where tradition, innovation, and sustainability come together. A place to experience the true journey of the olive.

Atrium Home – Interior Contemporary Residential Architecture in Trilofos
Nestled in the tranquil green landscape of Trilofos, just outside the city, Atrium Home was designed as a contemporary house for a modern family of four.

From architectural concept and permitting to complete interior design, every element of this project was thoughtfully composed.

The residence reflects a refined aesthetic rooted in clarity, bold contrast, and crafted warmth elements—tailored to meet the everyday rhythms of two young boys and their parents.

Natural oak surfaces bring warmth and texture, while a dark, elegant palette defines the home’s serene yet sophisticated atmosphere. Clean lines, generous light, and a central atrium imbue the spaces with a sense of calm and quiet luxury, offering this family a contemporary yet timeless living experience.

PLATONOS APARTMENT

Platonos Apartment is an interior design project. A complete renovation of an updated 1980’s apartment in Thessaloniki, city center.
The concept of the design was based on the client’s desire for a classical aesthetic approach. A challenging project, to deliver a classy yet elegant apartment, using bold materials, colors and textures.
The plan layout of the 95m2 apartment was redesigned to comply with the family’s needs. Large master bedroom with a 12m2 walk-in closet and two separate fully equipped bedrooms for the kids. Bathroom with private space for toilet and shower and utility room with built-in washing & drying machine cupboard and linen storage. Comfortable living room, kitchen with dining area and an impressive entrance with hidden built-in wardrobes along the side.
The final materials, colors, textures and details where carefully chosen to provide the result of the initial concept of the project. Moldings, strong navy-blue dark paint, marble surfaces, black & white honeycomb mosaic and wooden floors, gold brushed metal details and casement windows.
A detailed study was provided to the construction team, for every material – element used in this renovation. As a result, the final project is identical to the architectural study and construction works where completed on a very short timetable.

Casa Cuadrada is a residential five-storey building in Mikra, Thessaloniki.
On a 918.11 sqm plot, the new building generates 15 home units with a total building area of 1.316.38 sqm, providing different apartment typologies to comply with the variety of the modern families.
There are six one-bedroom apartments, six two-bedroom apartments, two three-bedroom apartments and a studio on the top floor.
Key parameters taken under consideration through the design process were:
• Create a family Mediterranean building.
• Position on plot, considering apartments’ orientation, views, and existing adjacent dwellings.
• Design a variety of housing unit sizes for commercial purposes.
• Provide increased level of privacy between each apartment, through careful position, size and shape of balconies and the use of green areas and Cuadrada tiles as visual barriers.
• Position large openings to create bright spaces, all rooms are naturally ventilated.
• Separate through design the common areas from the private ones in every apartment.
• Create large verandas with green areas, where occupants can enjoy the soothing Mediterranean weather.
• Provide parking spaces and storage areas for every apartment.
• Construct an energy efficient building (A+) with the use of high exterior insulation panels, underfloor heating system, energy efficient openings and solar heating panels.
• Use a warm and distinctive color palette for the materials in use. Dark green, Light grey, Terracotta, and transparent glazing.
The Mediterranean architecture of this project speaks through the terracotta Cuadrada tiles, the smell of lavender from the balconies, the green roof with the pergolas on top floor and the citrus trees in the garden of the plot.
Looking forward for the completion of construction.

Holiday Villas is a project located on a plot at Foinikia Oia, in Santorini Island, offering captivating views of the Aegean Sea.

The owners, two sisters with roots in Santorini, aspire to provide their guests with a unique hospitality experience in the Cyclades.

Our challenge entails designing two distinct building complexes, that share common principles:

Utilization of natural materials and rocks sourced from the plot.
Breaking boundaries between indoor and outdoor living spaces.
Employing light as a key design element.
Ensuring unobstracted sunset and sea views from all living areas.
Combining privacy with well-sheltered outdoor spaces from the North winds.
Respecting local architectural principles and heritage.

We view this project as a testament to the harmonious synergy between architecture and nature, creating spaces that engage all five senses.

Sani Villas is a summer vacation home for a lovely family and their friends, situated in the charming area of Sani, in Chalkidiki.

The three-story building spans 600 sqm and includes a kitchen with a dining room, living rooms, a reading corner, library, wine area, two lavatories, six ensuite bedrooms with walk-in closets, a spa area with a sauna and auxiliary rooms. Additionally, there are several outdoor seating and dining areas, as well as an outdoor fireplace.
The pool area was thoughtfully designed to incorporate two magnificent existing trees, a 200-year-old olive tree, and a beautiful pine tree. Adjacent to the pool, there is a dining area equipped with a barbecue and appropriate auxiliary spaces.
The project is complemented by a 4.200sqm Mediterranean garden.

Key considerations throughout the design process included:
Creating a modern and elegant Mediterranean summer residence
Designing interior and exterior spaces with a serene atmosphere using natural materials
Providing spacious rooms for the family and guest accomondations with adequate privacy
Creating a large, luxury pool area, with a dining table and barbecue for the family and their guests
Delivering a high-end project that seamlessly integrates simplicity, tradition, nature, and modern design

Sani Villas is a tranquil haven for the family where cherised memories are made, enduring traditions are established, and life thrives.
