We are excited to share a major milestone in our journey at The Ellinikon!



The concrete works for the Promenade Heights in Little Athens neighborhood are in progress, marking a significant step forward in the construction of the 9 multistorey apartment buildings. Lib Concept, in collaboration with ATEMA ARCHITECTS Architects, has completed the Construction Design in BIM of 9 multistorey apartment buildings at the The Ellinikon by LAMDA Development S.A. development project, based on the 314 architecture studio design !

Next up: We are committed to ensuring the highest standards of quality, sustainability, and design excellence as we move forward in this landmark urban regeneration project.
