Nestled within the lush landscape of Kentroma, Corfu, Perasma House is a contemporary interpretation of the island’s architectural heritage. Designed on a challenging narrow plot, the project balances site constraints with the desire for open, light-filled spaces connected to nature.

The exterior blends clean contemporary lines with traditional Corfiot elements through natural stone, warm earthy materials, and textured finishes. A strong horizontal base anchors the house to the steep terrain, creating large openings towards the views while supporting the upper volume and generous shaded outdoor areas.

Through its careful composition of volumes, materials, and openings, Perasma House creates a timeless dialogue between contemporary architecture and the authentic spirit of Corfu.

The outdoor spaces of Fattoria House are designed as a sequence of different areas, each with its own character, atmosphere, and relationship to the landscape.

From intimate corners surrounded by planting to the pool terrace and the elevated outdoor living spaces, each level offers a distinct experience and a new perspective towards the surrounding views.

The stepped landscape creates a gradual transition between the house and the garden, encouraging a slower way of inhabiting the outdoors throughout the day.

VOLTA is located in Paxos, Greece

Set within a lush hillside overlooking the Ionian Sea, Volta reinterprets the traditional Ionian volta as a contemporary architectural element that frames views, filters light, and strengthens the connection between home and landscape.

Organized around a private courtyard and shaped by the site’s natural topography, the residence combines local stone, timber, and shaded outdoor spaces to create a seamless dialogue between architecture and nature.

Kamara house is composed of two distinct volumes.

At the center, the public living spaces open to a shaded terrace that becomes the main outdoor living area during the summer months. ⛅️

The bedrooms are positioned on both the right and left sides, as well as on the upper floor, creating privacy while maintaining a strong connection to the central space.

An additional elevated terrace offers panoramic views and creates a more open and lifted experience toward the landscape. 🌅

Perasma House is located in Kentroma, overlooking the sea and the coast of Albania. ⛰️

It is designed around a central atrium, which acts as the heart of the home. The large, open windows blur the boundary between interior and exterior spaces, creating a seamless connection with the surrounding landscape. 🌾

Earthy tones and natural materials give the house a distinctly Mediterranean character, reinforcing its harmony with the environment. 🌤️
