COMPLEX of 5 VILLAS in AGIOS ONOUFRIOS - Chania
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
All five villas are located at the area of Agios Onoufrrios, they are sea front and they offer guests amazing, uninterrupted view over Chania city and the northern coastline.
The area is considered to be ideal for both short term and permanent residency since it is 15’ away from the city center, 15’ from the airport, 3’ from Kounoupidiana suburb, and also very close to the best beaches of the north, like Stavros beach, Agios Onoufrios bay, Tersanas bay, Marathi and Loutraki beach.
More precisely, the proximity with Kounoupidiana suburb gives the residents the privilege of having a direct access to a big variety of stores and services; three big super markets, shops, banks, gas stations, restaurants of all kinds, pharmacy stores, doctors and more. Thus, they do not need to go to the city center for their everyday needs but only when they wish to explore the city and enjoy the nightlife.
ARCHITECTURE AND DESIGN
The villas are in harmony with the natural environment which is characteristic of the Cretan land; a lot of green elements of the local Laura and faunasurround each villa, creating a calming and rejuvenating atmosphere.In addition to that, we havevarious flowers carefully plantedin different spots,aiming tolift guests’ spirit and enhance the serenity thatalready exists in the surroundings.
The buildings are designed to be modern yet warm and pleasant for the residents. CONSTRUCTION
All villas are constructed with respect to the environment and that for they all have sun boilers for hot water all year round, led lights and exterior thermal insulation. The pools can be heated and that makes them ideal for permanent residence.
