Kipseli Architects is a creative architecture studio founded in 2014 and is now led by architect Kirki Mariolopoulou. We are a team of committed creative experts, who like to look beneath the surface and question things. We don't believe in one-off approach to design and arch

itecture. After more than fifteen years of expertise in the field of architecture and interior design, we aim at creating one of-a-kind places that speak directly to the soul of the final recipient. Our approach to architecture and design is conceptual; we want each project to reflect an idea that originates from the principles of philosophy and the characteristics of the human /user. Each idea for us is novel as it is addressed to a specific person, place and time. For this reason it is attributed with different architectural qualities and aesthetics, creating each time a unique narrative.

Η Κυψέλη Αρχιτεκτονικής είναι ένα δημιουργικό αρχιτεκτονικό γραφείο, το οποίο ιδρύθηκε το 2014 με επι κεφαλής την αρχιτέκτονα Κίρκη Mαριολοπούλου. Βασισμένο στην έννοια της κυψέλης («Κυψέλη»), στοχεύει να μεταμορφώσει τον αστικό χώρο μέσα από μια μοναδική δομή συνεργασίας, επικεντρωμένη στο περιβάλλον και την ανθρώπινη ύπαρξη μέσα σε αυτό. Επικεντρώνεται στην αξία της μοναδικότητας κάθε ιδέας, συνδέοντας την αρχιτεκτονική και τον εσωτερικό σχεδιασμό με άλλες μορφές τέχνης.

Για την Κίρκη Μαριολοπούλου, η αρχιτεκτονική υπήρξε ανέκαθεν ένας τρόπος έκφρασης τόσο της τέχνης όσο και της επιστήμης. Είναι μια πράξη προσφοράς σε κάθε άτομο σε ατομικό επίπεδο και μια συμβολή στον πολιτισμό σε συλλογικό επίπεδο.

Spatial Hierarchy & Contextual Interiors |📍Samos

Designing guest suites for high-end island hospitality requires balancing open, fluid layouts with intimate, functional zones.

In this suite, we utilized semi-transparent linen drapes to create a soft, flexible divider between the lounge area and the primary sleeping quarters without interrupting the flow of natural daylight.

As dusk settles over ÂME📍Antiparos, architecture softens into light. 🌙 ✨

Our design for this residential retreat balances the rugged honesty of local dry-stone walls with the gentle curves of whitewashed Cycladic forms.

As night falls, strategic ambient lighting brings the terraces, pool waters, and native flora to life-creating an intimate backdrop for outdoor living.
