We are delighted to share with you our latest project, AMAYA VILLAS, a contemporary architectural intervention set within the serene landscape of Naxos.

Inspired by the Japanese word “Amaya” — night rain — the concept reflects a sense of renewal and quiet beauty emerging from the Cycladic terrain. Two grounded volumes, defined by warm textured stucco, anchor the residences to the earth, while a pristine white upper volume unifies the composition and gently dissolves into the Greek sky.

Seamless indoor–outdoor living, Mediterranean planting, panoramic terraces, and sculpted water elements compose a sanctuary where contemporary luxury meets timeless island serenity.

At PLINTHOS Architects, our aim was to create a place that feels both rooted and effortless — in harmony with its landscape.
