Η εταιρεία ΤΖΑΝΝΕΣ ΑΕ ξεκίνησε σαν μια οικογενειακή επιχείρηση 3 αδελφών. Του Νίκου, του Πέτρου και του Βασίλη στις αρχές του 20ου αιώνα. Η δραστηριότητα της ήταν πάντα εισαγωγές και διάθεση πολυτελών ειδών καπνιστού, γραφής και δώρων. Ανέλαβε την αποκλειστική διανομή των αναπτήρων Ronson και εργαλείων γραφής MONTBLANC στίς αρχές τις δεκαετείας του 1950. Στο πέρασμα των χρόνων συνεργάστηκε με του

οίκους των πούρων Αβάνας Romeo Julietta των καπνών πιπας MC BARENS των τσιμπουκιών καπνού STANWELL των αναπτήρων Colibri , των πούρων KING EDWARD , των εργαλείων γραφής GRAF VON FABER CASTELL και MONTEGRAPPA των προιόντων πολυτελείας DUNHILL των ρολογιών HAUREX καί άλλα.
Σήμερα και επί 60 χρόνια αντιπροσωπεύει και διανέμει αποκλειστικά στην Ελληνική αγορά ολα τα προιόντα του ονόματος MONTBLANC . Διατηρεί 3 καταστήματα, 2 στην Αθήνα και 1 στην Θεσσαλονική και 2 σημεία πώλησης στά ΑΤΤΙΚΑ πολυκατστήματα στην Αθήνα και στο Golden Hall . Επίσης έχει περίπου 50 σημεία πώλησης καταστημάτων πελατών της σε ολη την Ελλάδα.
