Κατοικία στην Αγία Μαρίνα
NM Architects

Σχεδιασμένη για τις ανάγκες μιας τριμελούς οικογένειας, η κατοικία στην Αγία Μαρίνα αναπτύσσεται σε δύο επίπεδα, ακολουθώντας μια σύγχρονη αρχιτεκτονική προσέγγιση που εστιάζει στην απλότητα των όγκων, τη λειτουργικότητα και τη διαρκή σύνδεση με το φυσικό περιβάλλον. Οι καθαρές γεωμετρικές γραμμές, οι γήινες υλικότητες και τα μεγάλα ανοίγματα συνθέτουν ένα κτίριο που ενσωματώνεται διακριτικά στο πευκόφυτο τοπίο, αξιοποιώντας το φως και τη θέα ως βασικά στοιχεία του σχεδιασμού.

Οι χώροι διημέρευσης επεκτείνονται προς τους υπαίθριους χώρους διαβίωσης, όπου η πισίνα, οι σκιασμένες βεράντες και οι ζώνες χαλάρωσης λειτουργούν ως φυσική συνέχεια της κατοικίας, δημιουργώντας ένα περιβάλλον που ισορροπεί ανάμεσα στην ιδιωτικότητα, την άνεση και τη σύγχρονη μεσογειακή κατοίκηση.

Our latest Project is special in all its aspects.
The location, 247 Thivon Avenue, steps away from university of West Attica, the largest university in Greece with its 65.000 students; facing village cinemas and shopping mall, surrounded by municipal pool, bowling, paddle courts, Alou fun park, McDonalds, to name a few.
