Celebrating 30 years of Edenred Greece was more than an event—it was a milestone that brought together people, memories, and a shared vision for the future.

At Tsomokos Communications, we managed the event end-to-end, delivering both its strategic planning and flawless ex*****on. Our team was responsible for developing the event flow and agenda, shaping the content of the speeches, coordinating and inviting speakers, managing event production, logistics and supplier coordination, overseeing guest registration and hospitality, supervising all on-site operations, and ensuring a seamless attendee experience. From the initial planning stages to the final moments of the celebration, every detail was carefully orchestrated to create an event that reflected Edenred's 30-year journey and vision for the future.

Our team was happy to undertake the full event management of the inaugural Symposium of the International Community (Koinon) of Academies, hosted by the Academy of Athens during its centennial year.

Bringing together representatives from 36 Academies worldwide within the emblematic neoclassical building on Panepistimiou Street, the Symposium marked the launch of a new global intellectual platform inspired by the legacy of Plato’s Academy.

We managed the full operational spectrum of this multi-day international gathering, overseeing participant coordination, speaker engagement, travel (accommodation / hospitality etc), comprehensive secretariat and protocol support. We delivered integrated production and communications services, including on-site ex*****on, live streaming, and digital outreach, alongside curated hospitality experiences, cultural programming, and formal event functions, ensuring a seamless and distinguished experience across academic, diplomatic, and cultural dimensions.
