We’re delighted to share that Aristofanous Residences has been selected as a finalist for the SHARE Architecture Awards 2026, in the Completed Projects – Adaptive. Retrofit category.
Originally built in the 1970s as a small industrial facility in Athens, the building has been transformed into small apartments, combining compact living with generous shared spaces for work, fitness and social interaction.
A project about adaptive reuse, new ways of living and working, and giving an existing building a new life.
We’re looking forward to presenting the project live at the Barbican Centre in London this December, and to sharing its story with the Architecture Awards jury and architecture community.
