Ως μέλος του Institute of Energy for South East Europe - IENE και του TEE , η εταιρεία μας συμμετείχε στην σημερινή ημερίδα με θέμα την Ενεργειακή Αποδοτικότητα στα Κτήρια και τη Βιομηχανία, με σημαντικούς ομιλητές και επίκαιρα ζητήματα.

As a member of Institute of Energy for South East Europe - IENE and the Technical Chamber of Greece, our company participated in today's conference on Energy Efficiency for the Building and Industrial Sectors.

As part of their Y10 Business curriculum, students visited Tritoxo Project Management which is providing project management services in the engineering, environmental and energy sectors, within the concept of sustainability. Students first attended a presentation providing an overview of the company and its operations as well as the small business sector in Greece. The company kindly offered to cover the cost of snacks for our students in a nearby cafe. In the relaxing atmosphere of the cafe, working in groups, students had to collaborate, brainstorm solutions, and make decisions, mirroring the work of business professionals and of course be ready to listen to the Tritoxo owner’s, Mr. Alexandros Karapetsis, feedback.

Συγχαρητήρια στον Δήμος Χαλανδρίου για το βραβείο που απέσπασε! Ήταν πολύ σημαντική η απόφαση της Δημοτικής Αρχής να εντάξει τα σχολεία στα προγράμματα ενεργειακής αναβάθμισης, μειώνοντας την ενεργειακή σπατάλη και βελτιώνοντας τις συνθήκες στους χώρους των σχολικών αιθουσών. Στην προσπάθεια αυτή, η Tritoxo Project Management συνέβαλε καθοριστικά, εκπονώντας τόσο τους Ενεργειακούς Ελέγχους, όσο και τα Πιστοποιητικά Ενεργειακής Απόδοσης για όλα τα σχολεία, τεκμηριώνοντας ουσιαστικά το είδος και το κόστος των μέτρων ενεργειακής απόδοσης που ήταν εφικτό να υλοποιηθούν.

Η Tritoxo ανάλαβε να εκπονήσει το Σχέδιο Ενεργειακής Απόδοσης Κτιρίων (ΣΕΑΚ) και το Δημοτικό Σχέδιο Μείωσης Εκπομπών (ΔηΣΜΕ) για το Δήμο Ζαγορίου. Οι μελέτες αυτές αποτελούν μια σημαντική πρόσκληση, καθώς ο Δήμος είναι ένας από τους μεγαλύτερους σε έκταση και χαμηλότερους σε πυκνότητα πληθυσμού στην Ελλάδα. Το ανάγλυφο δε, κάνει την προσέγγιση τόσο δύσκολη, που χρειάζεται κανείς σχεδόν τρεις ώρες για να τον διασχίσει από την μια άκρη έως την άλλη. Σκοπός είναι να προκύψουν προτάσεις που θα βοηθήσουν την ανάπτυξη της περιοχής, διασφαλίζοντας πάντα το μοναδικό της χαρακτήρα και την βιοποικιλότητα.

Tritoxo was assigned the preparation of the Building Energy Performance Plan (BEPP) and the Municipal Emissions Reduction Plan (MERP) for the Municipality of Zagori. These studies pose an important challenge, as the Municipality is one of the largest in area and lowest in population density in Greece. The terrain makes the approach so difficult, that it takes almost three hours to drive from one end to the other. Our objective is to come up with proposals that will help the region's development, ensuring its unique character and biodiversity are safeguarded.

Tritoxo just issued a completion Building Energy Certificate for a brand new, A+ Energy Class, 2500 sq.m., 18-appartment block, in Agia Paraskevi, a northeastern suburb of Athens.

Tritoxo Project Management and its partners, PRIORITY Quality Consultants , completed the 2nd Energy Audit of leading women's fashion and apparel producer and retailer B&F Group, a.k.a. BSB Fashion and Lynne. The group has an extensive network of 108 stores in major cities in Greece and abroad, in a total of 21 countries.

Η Tritoxo Project Management , σε συνεργασία με την PRIORITY Quality Consultants , ολοκλήρωσε τον 2ο Ενεργειακό Έλεγχο του Ομίλου B&F, με τις εμπορικές ονομασίες BSB Fashion και Lynne. Ο Όμιλος ηγείται της παραγωγής και αγοράς γυναικείας ένδυσης, διαθέτοντας 108 καταστήματα σε όλες τις μεγάλες Ελληνικές πόλεις και σε 20 χώρες του εξωτερικού.
