By combining 27 years of experience in the design and support of more than 300 projects, of all types and sizes, with almost 15 years of expertise in the application of Building Information Modeling (BIM) Technology, we have successfully integrated the principles of Virtual Construction and Integrated Project Delivery in our design and project management procedures.

Συνδυάζοντας 27 χρόνια εμπειρίας στον σχεδιασμό και την μελετητική υποστήριξη περισσότερων από 300 έργων, όλων των τύπων και όλων των μεγεθών, με την 15ετή σχεδόν εξειδίκευση σε τεχνολογικές εφαρμογές BIM, έχουμε πλέον ενσωματώσει στον τρόπο που μελετάμε και γενικότερα υποστηρίζουμε την κατασκευή των κτιριακών έργων, τις αρχές της «Ψηφιακής Κατασκευής» (Virtual Construction) και της «Ενοποιημένης - Ολοκληρωμένης Παράδοσης Έργου» (Integrated Project Delivery).

Our concept for the new PPC Headquarters in Athens was shaped as a continuous curved form inspired by identity, movement, and progress.
At its centre, an open-air atrium preserved the site’s mature trees as the natural heart of the project.
Bridge-like connections brought everyday circulation into direct contact with the landscape.

Its curved volume and rhythmic façade create a strong visual presence, while the glazed envelope enhances permeability and visual softness.

From this dialogue between permeability and solidity, the full composition unfolds.
Designed as part of a wider programme of cultural and educational facilities in Marousi, the building was conceived around flexibility, adaptable open-plan spaces, and a strong relationship between interior activity and exterior areas.
Patios of different scales, together with the partially enclosed upper level and its generous canopy, shaped an architecture that extends use, movement, and experience beyond the limits of the enclosed volume.

Originally built as an early 20th-century power station, GES-2 is reimagined as a new house of culture for Moscow.
Designed by Renzo Piano Building Workshop, the project preserves the industrial identity of the existing structure while introducing light and a strong public character.
Through BIM services, EB/Architects supported construction planning through 4D scheduling and quantification.
Their work transformed a complex construction strategy into a clear and carefully articulated spatial narrative.

A temporary structure imagined with the presence of a permanent landmark.
Designed as part of a Design-Build competition entry, the Olympic Equestrian Center brought together a wide range of facilities, from arenas and hospitality spaces to retail and auxiliary structures, within a unified event complex.
At its centre, the Closed Arena was conceived as a muscular architectural gesture: a robust fair-faced concrete base set against the lightness of a floating elliptical steel roof.
Through a restrained palette of concrete, steel, and glass, the design sought to express strength and the energy of equestrian sport.
