We have given our website a new look.

This refreshed digital presence aims to fully echo our identity and embody the clarity, sharpness, and holistic thinking that define our work.

Through refined typography, a restrained visual language and an intuitive structure, the navigation experience is designed to feel calm, seamless, and immersive, a digital extension of our values, grounded in minimalism, originality, and precision.

Developed in close collaboration with Nevma, the project was shaped through a shared passion for detail and a rigorous, systematic approach. Their technical expertise helped unlock complex challenges and transform the vision into a fluid and thoughtfully crafted experience.

, and have teamed up for a collaborative regeneration of the historic “El Paso” stadium, reimagining it as an open and inclusive civic ground for sport, culture and everyday life.

Building on the stadium’s strong identity and deep community roots, and the club’s ambition for sporting progression within a values-led framework, the proposal preserves the character of the existing structure while upgrading and expanding its facilities, capacity, and spatial performance.

Rather than introducing a radical transformation, the intervention amplifies and refines the site’s existing layers of public life, strengthening its connection to the neighbourhood and extending its role within the daily life of Kallithea. This approach is grounded in a strategy of careful evolution, leaving the stadium largely intact while upgrading its infrastructure, expanding capacity from 6,300 to 9,000 seats, and enhancing accessibility, comfort, and public use. The design operates through precise architectural and landscape interventions that reinforce –rather than replace– the stadium’s inherent qualities.

Key interventions include opening the currently fenced perimeter into a continuous public park, extending the stadium into a porous civic landscape more closely integrated with the neighbourhood. New programmatic layers introduce cultural, wellness, retail, and food spaces, activating the site beyond match days and enriching everyday urban life. Extensive vegetation and tree planting improve microclimatic conditions and reinforce the stadium as a green civic asset. A reconfigured façade and bleacher system further enhance spectator experience while improving training environments and social interaction.

At its core, the project positions the stadium as a continuously active civic landscape, deeply rooted in its community and gently evolved for a broader urban future.

in roots itself deeply in the landscape — not as an interruption, but as an extension of it. Conceived as a contemporary village cascading down the hillside, the accommodation draws inspiration from the humble Mandria, with suites and villas carefully shaped by the contours of the land.

Stone walls, planted roofs, shaded courtyards, and filtered thresholds dissolve the boundaries between inside and outside, allowing nature to move through the architecture. Each suite becomes a private microcosm: intimate yet open to the vastness of the Bay of Navarino, offering a quiet expression of luxury grounded in climate, material honesty, and a deep connection to place.

The architecture of is one that begins with the land.

Taking cues from the productive landscapes of Messinia –the silvery olive groves, the upright rhythm of cypresses, the slow undulation of the terrain shaped by time and toil– we placed topography on the forefront.

Volumes trace the contours of the earth, rising with quiet confidence from it and echoing its softness and strength. Embedded in the rolling hills, they become part of a dialogue – a gentle grafting of the built into the organic. At times, they dare to punctuate the topography – to lift, crown, and surprise. The main building, in particular, becomes a surreal composition, a sculptural apex that feels both inevitable and bold – a daring exclamation point in an otherwise harmonious coexistence of natural and manmade.

continues its quiet evolution, layering the future atop its iconic concrete tanks with subtle grace.

The hotel that blends wellness, art, and culinary programs into its living architecture, has added eight new rooms that elevate the guest experience, literally and figuratively.

More than an expansion, this addition extends Dexamenes’ narrative: a place of discovery, experimentation, and connection, honoring its past while gazing confidently into the future.

Quiet reinvention has become part of the essence of , as the hotel evolves in modest gestures — extending itself layer by layer, season by season.

Delicately sprouting from its robust concrete base, a new chapter in accommodation unfolds with an immediate connection to the horizon. Eight new rooms are nestled within a lightweight canopy that hovers above the solid tanks, tracing the line of the building without overwhelming it. Slender components dematerialize the presence of the new level, honoring the original ethos while offering a fresh perspective — and a quiet sense of uplift.

Friday Matters is a forum that brings design conversations out of the studio and into a convivial, interactive setting — blending the rigor of a lecture, the intimacy of a gathering, and the energy of a Friday night out.

Last October, we invited guests to step into an interactive “cabinet of curiosities” featuring objects from celebrated creatives such as Faye Chatzi, Soutzoglou Carpets, Kimisoo, Chrysanthi Koumianaki, and Objects of Common Interest.

Everyone voted on where these objects might best “belong” in the world, turning the exhibition into a playful exploration of context, meaning, and imagination.

From woven baskets anchored in Mykonos to resin vases evoking Venice, the activation celebrated creativity while inviting participants to reflect on how objects -and ideas- connect to place and culture.

Friday Matters is a forum that brings design conversations out of the studio and into a convivial, interactive setting — blending the rigor of a lecture, the intimacy of a gathering, and the energy of a Friday night out.

The latest edition took place at the newly launched Castor Place in Piraeus, inviting design enthusiasts and professionals to explore ideas, share insights, and connect with the people behind creative work.

Our guest Piers Taylor walked us through the research exhibited in his latest book “Learning from the Local”, which focuses on context, locality, and the vernacular in architecture, examining how buildings can respond to their surroundings and local culture while remaining relevant in a globalized world.

By shifting the focus from finished projects to stories, processes, and collaboration, Friday Matters sparks dialogue, inspires curiosity, and celebrates the dynamism of the design community.

A time of light and quiet — a moment to pause and appreciate the year that has passed.
2025 has been full of ideas brought to life, collaborations that inspired, and moments that remind us of the value of working together.

As we look ahead, we carry this light forward, open to new ideas, challenges, and possibilities in the year to come!

Before 2025 draws to a close, we take stock of a year shaped by ideas developed together, trust built over time, and work that extended across disciplines and geographies.

Across projects and initiatives, this year has been defined by commitment, exchange, and thoughtful making — a reminder of the value of working closely, thinking carefully, and creating with purpose.

As we pause to acknowledge all that 2025 has brought, we are grateful for the confidence and trust of everyone who has been on our side, and for the collective energy that continues to guide our work.

With this perspective, we step into the year ahead with optimism and renewed intent, open to new challenges, ideas, and possibilities.

Wishing everyone a restorative and inspiring season, and a year ahead full of potential!
