Since the launch of the St. Catherine's Career Exploration Programme in 2024, Pieris Architects has been inspiring our students by opening the door to the world of architecture, creativity and professional practice.

As part of this year's Year 12 Internship Programme, students experienced far more than a workplace. They collaborated, explored ideas and connected with university students, St. Catherine's alumni and industry professionals who had once stood where they are today - the true strength of Career Exploration in Action.

Last month, Pieros Pieris had the pleasure of speaking at the Architectural Summit, joining a discussion on the future of architecture and the challenges facing our industry.

We explored how AI is reshaping design processes, the evolving role of architects in a rapidly changing world, and the urgent need to embed sustainability, resilience, and long-term thinking into everything we create.

Thank you to the organizers, fellow panelists, and attendees for an insightful and inspiring conversation. It is through these exchanges that we can collectively shape a more innovative and sustainable future for architecture.

Last Saturday, Pieris.Architects crew traded blueprints for aprons at an unforgettable team-building event with Franke!
Things got very competitive as our dream teams entered full MasterChef mode — dramatic plating, questionable knife skills, secret “family recipes,” and enough laughter to season every dish.
Who knew architects could handle pressure and risotto?

A huge thank you to Franke for hosting such a fun-filled day of teamwork, creativity, and culinary chaos. Safe to say: no one went home hungry… or humble.
