In the owner’s workspace, the design was organized around the view, positioning the desk to face the sea horizon.

Located in Voula, in immediate relationship with the coast, the space becomes a calm frame for focus, where architecture captures the landscape and brings the sea into the everyday experience of living. The darker material tones were intentionally selected to further highlight the luminous blue of the sky and the sea, allowing it to gain greater intensity, depth, and visual presence within the space.

We designed it to feel as though it emerged through time, from the land itself, a boutique hotel overlooking the peaks of Mount Taygetos. With architecture that engages in dialogue with the environment and local memory, we let the buildings unfold harmoniously across the terrain, as a continuation of human presence in the area.

Inspired by the Blue Zones, where the built environment respects nature and the pace of life honors the human being. We created a refuge of calm, connection, and essence, with architecture that does not impose itself, but integrates. It does not impress but moves. It does not isolate but connects.

An experience that reminds each visitor of the feeling and essential need of belonging.
