ALTHEA HOUSE | SPETSES

A contemporary interpretation of island living, rooted in the architectural character of Spetses.
Althea House brings together the familiar elements of the island, whitewashed walls, deep blue shutters, timber ceilings and shaded courtyards, within a calm, contemporary residence.

The house unfolds between interior and garden, with a series of intimate outdoor spaces shaped by stone, water and Mediterranean planting. At its heart, the courtyard becomes an extension of everyday life, a place for long summer days, quiet afternoons and gatherings under the trees.

Natural textures, soft tones and carefully crafted details continue throughout the interiors, creating a home that feels both timeless and distinctly of its place.

Althea House is now privately available.

SLANTIA HOUSE | INTERIORS

A restrained palette of dark timber, stone and metal defines the interiors of Slantia House.
Custom-designed elements extend across the residence, from the continuous kitchen cabinetry and sculptural island to the staircase, bedroom joinery and dressing spaces. A recurring geometric grid introduces rhythm overhead, while natural light moves across the surfaces throughout the day, revealing their depth and texture.
Warm materials meet precise lines, creating a home that feels composed, tactile and quietly dramatic.

PLEAT | Voula, Athens 2026

PLEAT explores the façade as a three-dimensional field of folds, projections and shadows. Conceived as a collection of four residences in Voula, Athens, the building transforms the conventional stacked apartment typology through a continuous interplay of horizontal planes and vertically pleated surfaces.

A dialogue between solid and void.

Clean geometries, floating planes and soft landscape define a residence designed for contemporary living in Southern Athens.

Every element has a purpose: generous cantilevers provide shade, vertical louvers filter light and privacy, while planted terraces blur the boundary between architecture and nature.

Timeless proportions.
Quiet elegance.
Mediterranean living.

RE:SEA 💙

What if the sea could become architecture?

Designed for Seajets , one of Greece’s leading ferry operators connecting Athens with the Aegean islands, RE:SEA reimagines the ticket agency as the first spatial encounter with the sea.

The sculptural reception draws its form from the rhythm and movement of ocean waves, creating a continuous landscape that guides passengers through the space.
But the sea is present in more than its geometry.

The reception was robotically 3D printed using recycled fishing nets and marine plastics collected from the Aegean Sea through BlueCycle’s recycling network. Material once discarded in the marine environment returns to the waterfront with a new purpose, transforming waste into architecture.

Through computational design, digital fabrication and circular thinking, RE:SEA explores how public infrastructure can become a platform for environmental responsibility and architectural innovation.
The sea becomes context. The sea becomes form. The sea becomes material.

The difference between an interior and a designed home lies in the details.

Every line, junction and material transition has been carefully considered to create a seamless living experience.

Architecture, interior design and bespoke furniture were conceived together as one integrated vision: where nothing feels added and everything belongs.

Spaces defined by light, craftsmanship and timeless simplicity.

PCCW GLOBAL OFFICES
Athens, Greece

Not all workplaces are designed to impress.
The best ones are designed to make people feel.

For the new headquarters of PCCW Global in Athens, we envisioned an office where movement replaces rigidity, where soft geometries guide the experience, and where every material contributes to a calm and timeless atmosphere.

Curved architectural volumes dissolve conventional boundaries, while warm oak surfaces, smoked glass and carefully integrated lighting create an environment that balances precision with comfort.

Rather than treating the office as a collection of rooms, we approached it as a continuous spatial experience, one that reflects the company’s global identity through clarity, elegance and understated sophistication.

Architecture that quietly elevates the everyday.

Architecture in motion.

OGEE Private Villa redefines the corner through a continuous architectural curve that softens every transition between floor, façade and sky. The result is a building that feels sculpted rather than constructed, where light, shadow and reflection become part of the architecture itself.
Every line has been designed to create fluidity. Every space is oriented towards openness, privacy and the Mediterranean landscape.
This is architecture that is defined not by ornament, but by proportion, precision and timeless form.
