is established in Agios Nikolaos, Crete. The company was set up in 2007 and is the evolution of the Technical Office of Mihalis Keroulis, Civil Engineer, which had been set up in 1983. The main pillars of the architectural perspective of our office are the following:

⍟ Design based on the principles of modernist architecture and on elements of Greek cultural heritage which are integrated in a con

temporary fashion
⍟ Clean geometric surfaces and large openings which allow for natural light to dominate in all spaces
⍟ The people’s needs and wishes. Our innovative proposals and solutions improve the functionality of the spaces and enhance the quality of life of the people
⍟ Respecting and promoting natural environment. We choose the most suitable orientation for the building to achieve optimum energy efficiency bearing in mind the local climate and the building’s position
⍟ Promoting outdoor spaces while combining them with indoors areas
⍟ Functionality, subtraction and adequate materials

🇬🇷 Η εταιρεία ΚΕΡΟΥΛΗΣ CONSTRUCTIONS O.E. έχει έδρα τον Άγιο Νικόλαο Κρήτης.

Συστάθηκε το 2007 και αποτελεί συνέχεια του Τεχνικού Γραφείου Μιχάλη Κερούλη, Πολιτικού Μηχανικού, που ιδρύθηκε το 1983.

Οι κύριοι άξονες της αρχιτεκτονικής φιλοσοφίας του γραφείου μας είναι:
