- Procurement of materials and equipment
- Supervision of construction sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Drafting of estimates and budgets for construction projects
- Collaboration with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met
*Requirements*
- Completion of a degree or diploma in Building Technology, Civil Engineering, or a related field from a recognized polytechnic or university
- Proven experience in construction project management or a related field
- Certification in construction management, safety management, or a related field is an added advantage
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
