It was established in 1989 as architectural company and started real estate construction in 1992. Arci is orientated not on construction of separate buildings, but the developing of residential districts. In several areas of Tbilisi Arci developed 3 districts with the total area more than 190.000 sqm. There are 500 families living in the districts developed by Arci. The mission of Arci is: increas

Arci’s projects are prepared by Arci Studio, which was established 20 years ago. Arci Studio is successfully working on projecting residential buildings and country cottages. In 2008 company Arci together with Lithuanian Company established construction management company Arci Contestus which is accomplishing construction works for Arci’s projects as well as for other company’s projects. Arci is known with its successful professional activities as well as with cultural and social activities. The project Georgian House was established with initiative of Arci in 2002, the reason of which is finding and developing Georgian traditional architecture in order to use and adapt them to the modern Georgian architecture.
