Buying an apartment in Tbilisi? Add thermal imaging to your property inspection.
NGM Group examines surface temperature patterns around windows, walls and operating heating systems, helping identify areas needing closer inspection.
Receive thermal images, clear observations and practical next steps. Findings depend on conditions during the visit and sometimes require further checks.
Buying from abroad? We coordinate locally and explain the findings in English, Russian or Georgian.
Message us with your property link, size and preferred inspection date. We’ll confirm the scope and price before the visit.
