Founded by the late John Y Russell in 1959 our family run business is still going strong today. Currently at the helm is Sandy Russell, closely backed by his son John carrying forward our families tradition within the joinery manufacturing trade.

Catering to both the needs of trade and the public we are open to all jobs big and small. Here at JYR we specialise in the manufacturing of traditional and bespoke joinery products, including but not limited to sash and case windows, all stair types and pre-hung door sets (including lift & slide and Bi-folding) Our experience and expertise will show. Our overall aim is to use traditional craftsmanship along with modern day precision to offer the highest quality. All the timber we use comes from FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) sources and we were one the first companies to join the Scottish Hardwood Charter.
