That’s construction for you — it’s not always about everything going to plan, it’s about knowing how to deal with the problems when they come up. 👷‍♂️

The original soakaway for the house ended up underneath the extension, so today’s job was digging out a new one and getting the drainage sorted properly. Not always the glamorous side of building, but it’s all part of the process.

We’re pleased to share the completion of this recent project.

The works included a full new kitchen and utility, structural alterations, a complete electrical upgrade with a new consumer board, and luxury graphite vinyl tile flooring throughout the ground floor.
The result is a practical, well-finished space designed for everyday use — combining modern designs, quality materials, and thoughtful detailing. We’re looking forward to seeing the finished look once decoration is complete!

Big progress update on our current renovation project.

All structural work is now complete, the utility and the lovely sage green kitchen units are fully installed, and electrical second fix is complete — brushed nickel sockets & switches looking sharp, plus under-cabinet LED lights ready to go. We’ve made a good start with the stone effect vinyl tile flooring too.

French doors have been bricked up and the new window is in, all plastering is finished, and we’ve got a brand new consumer board installed.

Just the worktops and upstands left to fit, then we can plumb in all the appliances & finish the flooring.

Big push over the next few days and that’s another over the finish line!

✨ Now the flooring and decorating is finished, this job is a wrap! ✨

The girls at have done an absolutely amazing job with the decorating.
So much hard work, time and effort has gone into bringing this space together, and it’s been a real pleasure being part of it.

We’ve carried out some major structural alterations, installed modern bathroom facilities, fitted fire doors and casings, replaced skirting and architrave, created bespoke storage units, formed new rooms with stud partitioning, and completed all plumbing, electrical and plastering works in-house. I hope we’ve played a big part in giving them their dream space!

I’ve been really looking forward to sharing this one with everyone, and I’m so pleased with how it’s all come together. 🙌🏼

NEW PROJECT | KITCHEN/UTILITY

Today we’ve made a start on an exciting new renovation in Foxwood, with a big transformation planned for this property.

One of the main changes will be converting the existing dining room into a brand-new kitchen. We’ll be removing the current French doors and replacing them with a wide window positioned above the sink, creating a much brighter and more practical space.

We’ll also be creating a new utility room, carrying out some minor structural alterations and installing new flooring throughout the downstairs. Alongside this, we’ll be making a number of upgrades to modernise the property, including a new consumer unit and a new composite front door.

There’s plenty to get stuck into on this one, and we’re really looking forward to seeing the transformation take shape over the coming weeks.

Keep an eye out for the progress — this one is going to be a great transformation.

Another big week on site at our Tockwith project !

The roof is now on, including the cranked steel apex beam, and we’ve pushed on with the 1st fix electrics.

We’re now onto the final stage of pouring the concrete floor before moving into the finishing stages of the build.

The customer has been blown away with how quickly things have progressed, and it’s great to see the extension really starting to take shape.

Not long to go now — roof works, plastering and second fixing then the final bit of landscaping, then we’ll be ready for the finishing touches. 👌

Good progress this week on site on our tockwith project🧱💪🏼

Been a proper push, but we’ve got a lot done — taking the extension from damp course level all the way up to lintel level against the weather. Brickwork going up nicely, blockwork is about finished and ready for the wall plates and the build is really starting to take shape now with the customer very happy with progress. 🔨

A few long days on the tools, but it’s always good to see the job coming together and the end goal starting to look a lot closer.

Next week’s plan: get the remaining masonry finished and get the roof on. 🏠🔥

Another solid week on site. Onto the next stage!
