Today we finished on this fantastic new-build project in Copmanthorpe along side the team at Level Up.

We’ve carried out the full plumbing and heating installation, including:
🔥 Underfloor heating throughout the ground floor
♨️ Radiators upstairs
🚿 3 en-suites
🍽️ Kitchen plumbing
🧺 Laundry room plumbing

A great project from start to finish, and a quality build ready for its new owners.

Another busy week on the tools 🔧🚿

This week we installed a Closomat toilet as part of an accessible shower room installation.

A Closomat is a wash & dry toilet, combining a gentle water wash with warm-air drying. It’s designed to provide greater independence and comfort for people who may struggle with using a standard toilet. 💦

We have worked along side the team at Future Projects to complete this one. 🟢⚫️

Yesterday was our first day working at Rosevale care home in Wigginton.

We were approached by the principal contractor from up in Newcastle to ask if we would like to be part of this project. 🤝

They are installing a lift for the patients and as part of the works, 4 rooms are being remodelled. Our works involved stripping out en-suites, reinstalling and adding a staff WC.

Looking forward to working together and seeing the job through.

We had 2 contrasting days, yesterday and today during the heatwave….

Yesterday we completed phase 1 of the Asda, Wigan refresh scheme, reinstating wash hand basins on the pizza deli. The work schedule was kind to us as we spent the day in an air conditioned store.

Then today we completed the install of a new welfare facility at Network Rail, Holgate. Full orange PPE in a metal shed on the yard was hard work in the heat. ☀️ 🥵

Finally we’re just about there with this one!!

This has been one of the longest running bathroom refurbishments we’ve ever done, due to the customer being a nightmare from day one, indecisive, difficult to deal with and an all round pain!!!

That said customer is my wife!!🤪

In all seriousness, we are delighted with the end result and love our family bathroom.

There’s just a mirror and toilet roll holder to go on (once she chooses them) 😂

Bank holiday Monday morning spent swapping some toilets for a local nursery. Work agreed to be done out of hours to avoid disruption with the children.
