Here is the job we have completed today in Osbaldwick. We built the extension last year & got asked to come back to do a raised patio area.
We dug out the footings, poured the concrete & built 3 course of engineering bricks to get to our height & so it matched & coursed in with the extension.
We layed drainage pipes to allow the air to still flow under the timber structured floor in the extension & also put in a row of acco drains to stop any damp occurring.
Artisan Rose Indian stone flags were chosen by the customers & we used the neutral coloured Nexus Titan flowpoint for the pointing which is the best product out there.
Both the customer & ourselves are really happy with how this patio looks. Another enjoyable job for a another great set of customers.

Here is a job we helped Y O Scapes with last week, just off Tadcaster road. Previously the customer had 600x600 concrete flags & wanted something with a bit more colour & character so chose these lovely Indian stone flags.
We took up the old flags & bed & topped up the hardcore for a good solid base. This now looks like a completely different patio & path.
Once again the customer is happy with our work which is our aim in all our jobs, big or small.

Here is a bifold door opening we have just done in foxwood, Acomb in York.
We put in a heavy duty L shaped lintel to carry the brickwork & the world's heaviest R9 concrete lintel to carry the weight of the internal skin & floor joists as specified by a structural engineer.
The bifold doors were supplied & fitted by Square Deals.

Here is a demolition job we have recently done in Poppleton. We had 2 nissen huts to take down which had both seen better days & becoming dangerous.

Here is the job we have done this week at Upper Poppleton.
The weather hasn't been the best but we've cracked on, using a gazebo to get the paving & sets layed & got wet putting in the gravel & top soil.
The customer now has a garden with a bit more character & will look different again once they put in a few plants.
Another enjoyable job for another really happy customer.

Here is a job we have just done for Roseville Joinery and Building.
We needed to dig out & put in around 20m of drainage to take the waste from an ensuite. Everything is all filled in & the flags have been relayed...looks like we haven't been there, my back tells a different story!

Here is a driveway / backyard & front of a property we have recently blocked with some Sorrento's down Penley Grove Street, York.
The backyard area is now a really usable area, big enough to park a couple of cars on & still have plenty of room for a table & chairs.
The front of the property is now low maintenance & helps to give the property more kerb appeal.

Here is a job we have just done in Osbaldwick. A single storey extension with 2 big steels put in to create a large kitchen/diner/lounge area.
The weather has been testing at times but all time scales were met, a couple of Saturday & Sundays were needed but that's sometimes what just has to be done!
We were well looked after by the customer with drinks, sandwiches & even Kit Kats!
All the joinery work was done by Roseville Joinery and Building & the customer sourced a plumber, roofer, plasterer & as being a fully qualified electrician did that bit himself Mark Triffitt .
We are going back in the new year to do a patio area.
Hope you all have a great Christmas & a happy & healthy new year.

Here is a job we have just done with Y O Scapes. As you can see the old path & patio area was uneven & not really serving a purpose. The customer chose these 600x600 porcelain flags & wanted the areas making bigger & more usable. This now looks like a completely different garden & the customer is more than happy with our work. We are going back at some point to rebuild the garden pillar & archway then hanging the new gate.
