A Small Price Increase – A Message to Our Customers
At PVC Window Doctor, we’ve always worked hard to keep our prices as fair and affordable as possible over the last 23 years while providing a reliable, professional service.
Unfortunately, like many small businesses, we are continuing to face rising costs across the board. Fuel, glass units, locks, hinges, handles, mechanisms, tools , insurance and other essential parts and materials have all increased significantly in price, along with the general costs involved in running our business, tax , VAT and work vehicles.
We have absorbed these increases for as long as we possibly could because we value our customers and want to keep our services affordable.
However, in order for us to continue providing the same quality workmanship, reliable service and genuine parts, we now need to make a small adjustment to our prices.
We want to reassure our customers that we haven’t taken this decision lightly.
Our aim remains the same:
to offer a professional, honest and dependable service at a fair price.
We would like to thank all of our existing and new customers for their continued support and understanding. Supporting a local independent business like ours really does make a difference.
Therefore we have decided that we are now introducing a minimum charge of £80 plus vat , total £96 plus parts for each visit where we can repair you window or door.
We’ve never charged a call out previously but for the business to carry on we have to put this new system to the test , as an example if we come to your house and repair your door no parts needed and up to 30 mins adjust , de glaze , strip out and refit we will charge £80 plus vat and this work will be guaranteed, should the same problem arise we will return and repair for free.
Thank you for choosing PVC Window Doctor.
🔧 Keeping your windows and doors working properly, without unnecessary expense.
