Couple of lead bays reconstructed recently, customer had been complaining about slight leaks from the gutter system, so we got to work… Took off all original lead, boards, gutters and rafters, we rebuilt the bays exactly the same apart from installed a new timber frame gutter, installed code 5 lead and T-pren Expansion joints welted round a copper drip edge in the gutter, new mop roll sticks, building paper and new code 5 lead bays installed welded and bossed to suit.

New slate roof completed earlier this year, all old slates and battens stripped and skipped, new Permavent breathable membrane and new treated battens installed, slated in using new Spanish 16x10 slates with new code 5 lead on chimney stacks, secret bonding gutters to separate the roofs, ridged off using a ventilated dry ridge kit. All chimney’s renewed with new cement👍🏻

Here’s a new roof we competed at the back end of last year, new treated 6x2 timbers used to build the roof, new felt and treated battens, boxed round the pipe with 18mm ply and the same with the block capping, slated using new Spanish 16x10 slates with patterns to match the main building, new code 5 lead cladding and capping pieces.

Here’s a complete Re Roof we have just completed in Clifton, all old slates and battens stripped, new Permavent breathable membrane, new treated latts, new bonding gutters, chimneys stripped and completely renewed, new Cupa Pizarras R12s laid with some patterns, new lead valleys and lead on chimney stacks, new gutters and fascia and finished off with a ventilated dry ridge kit.
