Lighting rewire on the farm house weve been renovating for the yard area, all controlled by photocell and timeclock. Override switch to add in tomorrow so the customer can decide if they want them on or off at times of there need instead of the auto settings.
Lights supplied by customer and they've gone for a good quality JCC 150w floodlight.

Mark Gallimore, founder of Team George, has set himself an unbelievable target in support of Candlelighters and is giving Forest Gump a run for his money!😅🤓

By the end of 2020 Mark aims to do 2000 miles worth of races or walks for Candlelighters to mark 2 years of his son George being in remission. 💗So far 5 marathons,17 Half Marathons, 25 10ks,1 10 miles, 2 Total Warriors,1 fire and lego walk,1 abseil and 8 long distance walks have been completed by Mark 🥵😬😍with 1 Marathon,1 Half Marathon,1 20 miles, 4 10ks and 1 5 mile runs still to go this year!!! 👀👏🏼

This will take Mark's total miles to a staggering 850miles!! 😮This is the same distance between Yorkshire and Barcelona!!! 🗺️🏖️ Mark's wall at home is completely covered in all his medals with more to come – fingers crossed your wall can hold all the weight! 😁

Some recent works on a rather large project I've been on and off for the past month out in goole.
External lighting to light up the court yard on this stunning farm house.

Sometimes it looks like it's just a few lights or sockets but then look a little deeper and see the work involved to get to that point.

The finished result Is as always at JC Electrical as best a result as possible, all controlled through a photocell and time clock so that once the times are set they will not come on until needed and give the owner of the property hassle free lighting solutions.

Farm house works this week for a new customer.
New accessories in the farm house and works starting in the barns attached.

The first barn/cold room to receive the JCELECTRICAL treatment is being turned into an office for the owner and his staff.

4 new fuse boards to go in and submains out to each to ensure the site has enough capacity to take whatever it is this client needs, not just for the present but also enough to accommodate any further expansion in the future.

First fix completed this week in 2.5 days on this lovely 5 bed home on the outskirts of York, before back to subcontracting at the back end of the week to finish off a kitchen.
This is not only going to be a family home but will be running two separate businesses from it. With the current state of our economy and the pandemic this is becoming more and more common. Busy Saturday morning getting a first fix started and finished today on this kitchen for a returning customer.
Old electrics stripped out and new installed including running a new circuit back the fuseboard and floors back down. Now ready for the plasterer.
