Ever wondered if sea lions worry about their energy usage and want to invest in the future to help the environment?

The answer is they couldn’t care less, but our friends at Flamingo land do so they asked us to install this 24 panel system on the new sea lion area.

The first solar installation on the park so we’re very grateful to have been asked to help.

Another busy week for us again completing two very different types of solar installations & another years assessment passed for our NICEIC approved contractor membership.

The first installation an 8 panel pitched roof system with battery storage of 5.8KWH and hybrid inverter for a lovely gent in Sutton on Derwent. We were given his quote including price from Octopus and offered him a better system over £2000 cheaper.

The second a flat roof ballast system with 4 panels in York.

Some companies spend their time making loads of boring videos telling you how good they are but we just let the end result speak for itself.

We’ve been really busy so haven’t kept up with social media as much as usual, on with a project with our sister company safe_homes-dev on Instagram if anybody wants to take a look.

A great kitchen extension we were asked to help with by some regular clients. Reposition of the consumer unit, all new circuits and as usual led throughout.

A loft conversion & solar installation we were lucky enough to be asked to help with for a lovely family in Stamford Bridge.

The solar installation we designed to suit the new dormer roof taking into account your weight, lack of available fixings and the wind.

The loft conversion especially the en suite we particularly like the customers choice of finish.

Another great finish achieved by everyone involved on this job in Malton.

We installed 10 solar panels as part of an in roof system which not only looks great it saves on tiles and labour compared to a conventional system. The storage battery and inverter have been installed in the loft space.

The kitchen/extension has also been completed to a high spec. Modern and bright with various LED lighting including colour changing remote control feature lights.

We’ll be back to install the outside lights once the rendering is complete.

Solar pv & battery storage is still 0% vat on domestic installs so it’s a great time to get in touch if you would like any info on what’s available and costs.

What a lovely job this has been for a fantastic family in Copmanthorpe.

A large single story extension to the rear of the property, opening up a large kitchen and utility area.

LED lighting throughout and all the little touches such as lights in the pantry cupboard and root lantern.

We have all said we wished we had this at our own homes it’s such a cracker.

A “cracker” of a job to handover just before Christmas. 40 solar panels, 15KW of battery storage, 2 EV chargers, LED lighting and power as always.

A 40 panel 16KW system we have been working on this week. All panels are now in place and we will return later to install 15KW worth of battery storage and the internal wiring when the buildings construction is ready.

We can design a system for you and produce an energy performance guide if you are considering solar but aren’t really sure how it could benefit you. This is applies to both domestic and commercial!

We were contacted by the owners of this property in Malton to design and install a system to reduce their energy consumption.

We recommended a 10 panel and 5.2 KW battery system. The panels were chosen for their efficency and also to be in keeping with the kerb appeal of the property.

All equipment has now been handed over with warranties and the customer is saving money straight away.
