Another slate terrace roof completed at the start of this week. The front elevation was completed using the existing slates to retain the property’s original character, while the rear elevation was finished with new 16” x 10” Spanish slates. The project also included new uPVC fascia, soffits and guttering, along with a full renovation of the chimney stack.

Another fibreglass GRP roof (26SQM) completed this week for this customer’s office space. The existing roof was leaking like a sieve, so we stripped it back, installed new firring strips and 8x2 tongue-and-groove boards before finishing it with a high-quality GRP fibreglass system 🔨🏡✅✅

Full strip and recover of this roof, reusing the existing old English pantiles, as there is still plenty of life left in them. Reusing the existing tiles can remain an option, subject to my assessment of the condition and remaining lifespan of the tiles. Also completed all uPVC works, including new gutters, fascias, and soffits. New Velux window installation also 🏠 🔨 🔥

Emergency call-out from last week ⚠️💨

Late Thursday afternoon we were called to a property after high winds completely lifted an existing flat roof — taking the ridgeline with it and sending it straight through a car’s sunroof 😬

Scaffold was up first thing Friday morning so we could get everything safe and watertight for the customer. From there, we worked through the weekend to install a brand new fibreglass roofing system 💪
