We received a call regarding a failing asphalt garage roof that was beyond repair and suffering from significant leaks. After carrying out our inspection, we arranged a date for a full GRP roof replacement and got straight to work.

The existing roof was completely stripped back before being re-boarded and finished with a brand-new GRP roofing system. We also replaced all the fascia boards and installed new guttering to complete the transformation.

Materials used:
8x2 interlocking 18mm OSB boards✅
Scott Bader resin and topcoat✅
High-grade fibreglass trims✅
White uPVC fascia fitted all round✅
Black half-round guttering✅

The end result is a strong, durable, and completely watertight roofing system that's built to last.

✨ Another great transformation completed ✨

We stripped the front of the house, removing the existing hanging tiles along with the old battens and felt.

We then installed a new breathable membrane, treated battens, and Kingspan insulation to improve protection and efficiency.

To finish it off, we fitted beautiful new slatted composite cladding in Anthracite — giving the property a fresh, modern look! 🏡🔥

A clean, stylish finish that will look great for years to come.

The existing tin garage roof was removed, and all rotten timbers were replaced with new treated timber, securely strapped to the brickwork for strength and stability.

18mm OSB boards were fitted, followed by the installation of a GRP fibreglass roofing system.

The job was completed with new uPVC fascia boards and guttering, leaving the garage fully refurbished and weatherproof.

Instead of spending all their time indoors, they’ve decided to get stuck in and work hard. They are an absolute credit to their parents — extremely polite, well-mannered, and respectful. It’s brilliant to see such a great attitude and work ethic in some young people today. 💪✨
