Bathroom First Fix 🛁🛠️

Another bathroom first fix completed. All waste pipework has been thoroughly tested, with all hot, cold and heating pipework pressure-tested under mains pressure. A solid first fix sets the foundation for a smooth and efficient second fix. Just the shower tray to be installed next week.

Jobbing 🛠️

Seized stopcock swapped for an easy to operate lever valve, in times of an emergency it’s a quick shut off. Fault toilet internals swapped out for new, toilet is now fully operational. Old tired looking shower swapped out for a new shiny one ✅

Brewing up a solution 🛠️

Manufacturer of coffee machine specifies incoming pressure to machine should be no more than 1 bar. Client had no idea what the incoming pressure was with no way of regulating it. So we installed a pressure reducing valve and set the incoming pressure to 1 bar, client can now focus on brewing, not worrying about equipment damage ✅
