We’re incredibly pleased to finally show off our new Mayfair Building & Plastering office!

As the business continues to grow, we wanted a space that reflects where we’re heading — somewhere professional, welcoming and, most importantly, somewhere our team can work together as we take on the next chapter.

From the dedicated workspaces to our new meeting area, it’s a huge step forward for us and something we’re really proud of.

There’s still a little bit of the Mayfair touch to add👀…but we couldn’t wait any longer to share it!

✨BIG NEWS IS COMING…✨

We’ve been keeping a little secret… and we’re finally ready to share it.

Mayfair is getting a brand-new office!🏢

Since Mayfair Plastering Ltd was established in January 2020, the support we’ve received has been nothing short of incredible. Over the past 6 years, our clients, suppliers, friends and supporters have helped us grow from a small plastering business into the expanding company we are today. We honestly couldn’t have done it without you.

This new office represents far more than just a new workspace. It’s another exciting milestone in our journey and a reflection of how far we’ve come together. As we continue to grow and expand our services, having a dedicated office will allow us to support our clients even better, strengthen our operations, and continue building an even stronger team.

And the best part? The views are incredible!🌿 We can’t wait to open the doors to our new office, welcome our clients and our team, and finally give you all a behind-the-scenes look at what we’ve been creating.

Some fantastic work from the Mayfair Building & Plastering team over the past few weeks! 👏

Our annex project is progressing brilliantly and is now entering its final stages. The clients are absolutely over the moon with how everything is coming together, and we're excited to see the finished result.

Our building team has been busy installing a stunning new kitchen, which is already looking incredible. We've also made a great start on the bead and butt wall panelling, with the dado rail still to be installed, adding the perfect finishing touch. Around the corner, the utility room is beginning to take shape and is looking just as impressive.

Meanwhile, our plastering team has completed the boarding and plastering throughout the annex, alongside several other projects. It's been a pleasure working with such fantastic clients and helping bring their ideas to life, creating spaces they can truly enjoy for years to come.
A huge thank you to the entire team for their hard work, dedication and craftsmanship.

We couldn't be prouder of what we're achieving together.

Progress has officially started on our latest project, and we can't wait to share the journey with you!

As part of our commitment to protecting local wildlife, we've constructed a brand-new bat loft above the garage, providing a safe home for our winged mates future.

With the scaffolding now in place, we're cracking on with:

🏠 Stripping the existing roof tiles
🪵New battons
 🦇 Renewing the insulation and installing bat-safe TLX bat felt
🧱 Taking down damaged chimneys and rebuilding them with new pots and cowls🌧️ Installing brand-new gutters
🪟 Preparing and painting all external windows

Big shout out to all of our team this week! 👏

On both the plastering and building sides, we're close to wrapping up several projects, and it's been another productive week all round.

The building team have worked incredibly hard to keep hitting our targets, and we're pleased to say we achieved every single one. 💪

The roof is now complete, apart from a few finishing trims on the flat roof.

A lot of preparation work was needed ahead of the plumbers installing the underfloor heating, ready for the screed being laid today.

This morning started bright and early with 11 tonnes of screed arriving on site, and a few of the lads kindly volunteered to start early to make sure everything ran smoothly.

A massive thank you to the whole team for your hard work and dedication. Onto next week's preparations and keeping the momentum going! 👷‍♂️🏗️

We’re excited to announce a major milestone in our journey!

As part of our continued growth and commitment to delivering even more for our clients, we have successfully acquired another construction company and are expanding our services across the building sector.

This exciting step means that Mayfair Plastering is now officially Mayfair Building & Plastering!🏗️

While our name has changed, our commitment to quality workmanship, reliability, and exceptional customer service remains exactly the same. The difference is that we can now offer an even wider range of building and construction services, providing a complete solution for our clients from start to finish.

We would like to thank all our customers, partners, and team members for their continued support. This is just the beginning of the next chapter for Mayfair, and we can’t wait to share what’s coming next.

The weather today has been something else!🌦 Another great day from the building side of the operation.

Our carpenters have been busy installing the joists for the warm flat roof system and setting the new gate posts, while our bricklayers have been working through some intricate detailing in preparation for the roof trusses being installed.

It's great to see the project continuing to take shape, with every trade putting in the hard work and attention to detail required to keep things moving forward.

Another positive and productive day all round!👏

It's always nice to get photos through in the evening knowing the lads have been grafting all day. A big shout-out to Jamie Gough and Ed Kelland for absolutely smashing it today!👏💪

It's not every day you turn up on a project, see the lads dripping with sweat, and say: “lads, I need this finished today as we're booked in to start another project tomorrow.”

Without a second's hesitation, their response was: “yep, no problem at all — we'll stay late and get it completed for you!”

That attitude, commitment, and work ethic is exactly why we achieve the standards we do for our clients. It's all down to having a strong, dedicated team behind us.

My favourite saying has always been: "there is no I in team!”

Massive thanks again, lads — your hard work doesn't go unnoticed!👊

Just a few photos sent over from the lads on the plastering side yesterday. Both teams are keeping extremely busy, and we're looking forward to getting these projects completed and handed over.

Our plastering team has been busy in:

Our building team has also made great progress on our Coaley annex project.

We've also started another project in Tetbury, creating a bat loft to allow major roof and window works to begin in line with the project requirements.
