‼️Attention IDEAL boiler owners‼️

Had a customer few weeks ago with a boiler issue on fairly newish build house. A lot of new build houses now have Ideal boilers in them with cast iron heat exchangers.
Without any anti corrosion inhibitor in the system & yearly servicing, this is the effects of what can happen.
In the pics below, a full strip down service has been carried out.
The main heat exchanger has corroded and blocked the condensate trap & sump was damaged.
We’ve supplied & fitted new sump, burner seal, spark electrode.
Remember its always important to get your boiler serviced annually to potentially avoid things like this happening before it’s too late ❌
Get booked in now before the winter for your annual boiler service or to discuss any boiler repairs/ replacements 🔥
