🌿 A little reminder from our gardening business 🌿
We just wanted to put a little reminder out there for both our existing and new customers.
Gardening isn't always as straightforward as booking a time and turning up. Weather, the condition of a garden and how long previous jobs take can all have an impact on our schedule. A job that we expect to take a couple of hours can sometimes take considerably longer than anticipated.
We always do our best to keep customers updated if we're running behind, delayed or need to rearrange due to circumstances outside of our control. However, when we're out working, we aren't always able to answer our phones or messages straight away. We can't be expected to constantly check our phones while we're working.
We also work around our family and children, and our working hours are Monday–Friday, with work finishing by 2pm. We don't work evenings or weekends. These boundaries are important to us, and we'd really appreciate them being respected.
The last few months haven't been the easiest, and the recent heat has made gardening particularly unpredictable. With very little rain, growth has been slow in some gardens, while other jobs can take longer because of the conditions.
We genuinely try our best to accommodate our customers wherever we can, including fitting in last-minute requests when our schedule allows. 💚
All we ask in return is a little patience, understanding and respect. We are a small family-run business, not a large company with someone sitting behind a phone all day. 🌿
We value our customers enormously and will always do our best to provide a reliable and professional service.

Hello! I understand it has been a while since my last update. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to all my clients who have shown understanding and flexibility with scheduling, and who have continued to support me. I am pleased to announce that I am now working full-time again. Although the grass may not be growing rapidly at this time, if you require lawn mowing services and I haven't yet scheduled you, please feel free to send me a message. Hi everyone,

I just wanted to let you know that I need to take a few days away from work due to a serious family situation that has unexpectedly escalated this week.

I know some of you have already been very patient with recent scheduling changes, and I genuinely apologise for any further inconvenience. Unfortunately, I need to put my family first for the next few days while we deal with the situation.

I will contact everyone individually regarding rearranged dates as soon as I have a clearer picture of when I can return to work.
