This day was packed full of amazing applicants. Also all the staff did well I think they really enjoyed a day off the tools and out of the office.

Paddock Wood Community Centre

Yesterday Atmosclear held a group interview to search for their next pair of apprentices yep not 1 but 2 apprentices.

We decided to do it as an activity built interview. This way they could see the position as a whole, see the company and the staff. Applicants went round 4 stations, practical, information based, admin and 1-1 interview there was also activities and information showcasing the business and of course refreshments and biscuits 🤩.

We had 9 attend from a total of 58 applicants so even getting through to this was amazing and they all should be so proud of themselves for getting that far.

They all did so well and we really did find the discussion difficult at the end.

However we will introduce you all to our apprentices in September when they start and hope they enjoy their journey as an Apprentice HVAC maintenance technician .
