🌿 Now THIS is a patio transformation! 🌿

Take a look at the before and after of this recent project in Norfolk, what a difference!

The original patio has been completely transformed into a beautiful, welcoming outdoor space with a fabulous curved design that makes much better use of the garden.

We used a mix of Brett Alpha in Brindle and Autumn Gold, bringing together lovely warm tones that really suit the character of the garden.

The patio is finished with a Charcoal high kerb, creating that strong sweeping edge, along with a Charcoal mowing strip where the paving meets the lawn. It looks fantastic, but it's practical too. Giving the mower a neat edge to run along and helping to keep everything looking tidy. With it being permeable too, there won't be any puddles.

And that's what we love about projects like this. ❤️

It's not simply about laying some new paving. Good design can completely change how you use an area of your garden. Turning an overlooked corner into somewhere you genuinely want to sit, relax and enjoy.

We also reused the existing paving to create a walkway to their garden shed.

✨ Another fabulous driveway transformation! ✨

This new driveway has been created using Brett Omega Flow in Autumn Gold, finished with a contrasting Charcoal border. A combination that gives the property a warm, timeless look while adding plenty of kerb appeal.

But we think one of the real stars of this project is the beautiful round step leading into the property. 👌

It’s a relatively simple detail, but one that works incredibly well with the shape and design of the new driveway, creating a welcoming entrance and giving the whole project a really considered, high-quality finish.

And, of course, being Brett Omega Flow, the driveway isn't just about looking good. The permeable paving allows surface water to drain through the driveway, combining great design with a practical drainage solution.

One of the most rewarding parts of what we do isn't just creating beautiful driveways. It's making a real difference to people's everyday lives.

This recent project was all about improving access to our customer's home. We extended the driveway and created a bespoke disabled access featuring a generous level platform outside the front door, with a gentle gradient leading to the driveway.

Built using **Brett Alpha Flow** in **Autumn Gold** with a **Charcoal border**, the finished surface is also **100% permeable**, making it as practical as it is attractive.

What makes this project special is knowing it will help the homeowners enjoy greater independence, making it safer and easier to come and go from their home every single day. Sometimes a well-designed driveway isn't just about kerb appeal, it can genuinely transform someone's quality of life.

Years of experience, and a driveway built to last.

There’s something particularly satisfying about being recommended across generations. Gary created a driveway for this customer’s dad around 20 years ago, elsewhere in the same area of Norfolk. Two decades later, his son chose Gary Cooper Paving for his own new driveway.

There’s more to a great driveway or patio than just the finish you see on the surface. On this recent job in Norwich, the customer was experiencing ongoing drainage issues and needed the problem properly resolved from the ground up.

Gary Cooper Paving carried out the replacement of an old damaged clay drainage pipe before installing new recessed manhole covers to create a much cleaner and more seamless finish across the area.
