And then there’s **Courtney** — the one responsible for making sure all the wheels keep turning behind the scenes… while **absolutely refusing to have her photo taken.** 😂

Courtney is one of our directors, a **mum of two** and Billy’s partner — and if Billy is the one out on the tools, Courtney is the one making sure he actually gets where he needs to be!

She handles a huge part of the day-to-day running of Norwich Conservatory Roofs, from **phone calls and emails to sales, building control, customer aftercare and keeping the vans on the road**.

She’s also the person giving Billy a **shove rather than a gentle prod** every step of the way — making sure jobs keep moving, customers are looked after and everything behind the scenes is where it needs to be.

Courtney may not be the one fitting the roofs, but she’s a pretty big reason they get fitted in the first place.

And after all the calls, paperwork, organising and chasing…

**please, whatever you do, do NOT put her behind the power tools.** 😂

Every good conservatory roof needs a great finish — and that’s where **Damien** comes in.

Damien owns **Buttons Plastering Norfolk** and, although he isn’t directly employed by Norwich Conservatory Roofs, he’s a hugely important part of our wider team.

When it comes to the **plastering, ceilings and finishing work** on our projects, we simply wouldn’t trust anyone else. Damien takes enormous pride in his work and makes sure every ceiling and wall is skimmed to the high standard we expect from a Norwich Conservatory Roofs installation.

But Damien isn’t just our plasterer… he’s also Billy’s **unofficial financial adviser**. 😂

There’s rarely a conversation with Damien that doesn’t eventually involve encouraging Billy to **“invest” in the next thing** — whether Billy actually needs it or not!

Cheeky, talented and always good for a laugh, Damien has become a valued part of the team and someone we’re proud to have working alongside us.

If you’ve met Luke, you’ll probably already know two things — **he knows his stuff, and he’ll probably tell you he’s Billy’s younger brother.** 😂

Luke is Billy’s **older brother** and our **Lead Fitter**, bringing nearly **30 years of experience in roofline, roofing and window installations** to Norwich Conservatory Roofs.

After decades working in the trade, Luke joined his brother to help create something a little different — a **genuine family-run business** where experience, pride in workmanship and looking after customers properly actually matter.

Away from work, Luke is a proud **dad of two**, but on site he’s the one making sure the details are right and the job is finished to the standard he expects.

And yes… despite being the older brother, **Luke still enjoys confusing customers by pretending he’s the younger one.** We’ve stopped trying to correct him. 😂

With almost **30 years of hands-on experience**, Luke brings a wealth of knowledge to every installation — and is a pretty important reason why we’re confident putting our name on every roof we fit.

Every family business needs a **Greg** — and we’re pretty sure every installation team needs one too! 😂

Greg is Luke’s **partner in crime on installations**, bringing nearly **30 years of experience** in the trade and a serious amount of skill to the team.

He’s a fantastic fitter, takes real pride in his work and knows exactly what he’s doing when it comes to getting a roof fitted properly.

Away from the tools, Greg is… well, **a little bit whacky**. 🤣 From the moment the kettle goes on, there’s a good chance you’ll hear a conspiracy theory or two. We’re still not entirely sure whether Greg is fitting conservatory roofs or uncovering the secrets of the universe.

But jokes aside, his **experience, eye for detail and workmanship** make him a hugely valued part of the team.

With nearly **30 years in the industry**, Greg has seen just about everything a conservatory can throw at him — and he’s still turning up smiling.

Behind Norwich Conservatory Roofs is **Billy**, one of our directors and the person who brings nearly **20 years of hands-on installation experience** to every project.

Before building his career in the roofing and conservatory industry, Billy served in the **British Army**, an experience that shaped the hardworking, disciplined and dependable approach he brings to the business today.

But away from work, Billy’s proudest role is being a **dad to two children** and a loving partner to **Courtney, our other director**. Together, they’ve built Norwich Conservatory Roofs around something that matters to them — **doing a great job, treating people properly and building a business they can genuinely be proud of.**

Billy is still very much a hands-on director. With almost two decades of installation experience, he understands that customers aren’t just buying a new roof — they’re trusting someone with their home.
