One of our recently completed projects; a garage conversion in Wye turning otherwise underutilised space into an annexe complete with ensuite. I am delighted to say that our clients were overjoyed with the results, giving the family the much-needed extra space.

A new lease of life for this Whitstable bungalow.

Our renovation design brought the kitchen, dining and living spaces together beneath a vaulted ceiling, with wide sliding doors opening onto timber decking and the garden beyond. A reworked bedroom and bathroom layout completed the transformation, making more of the existing home.

The entire house was modernised complete with ASHP, underfloor heating, and greatly improved thermal and acoustic insulation.

We later returned to design the garage conversion — more on that in our next post.

We were so pleased to return to a familiar home in Whitstable.

Following our earlier renovation, we were invited back to transform the garage into a flexible additional living space, alongside a new entrance hall linking it to the house.

A rooflight and glazed garden doors bring daylight into the room, while herringbone flooring, a boarded ceiling and a warm timber entrance door give this small project plenty of character.

Recently completed in Tankerton - a rear extension and ground-floor remodel designed to create a brighter, more sociable heart for this period home.

The new layout provides a generous open-plan kitchen and dining space, with a long rooflight drawing daylight deep into the house. The beautifully crafted timber doors and windows lend the scheme a timeless, classic feel.

Outside, carefully matched brickwork and a restrained parapet help the extension sit comfortably alongside the original building, Inside, muted green cabinetry, warm timber and soft pink accents give the space a calm, characterful finish.

A lovely example of how an extension can completely transform the way a home feels and functions.

Thank you to Blatch & Green the contractors who offered great attention to detail and a pleasure to work with.

The kitchen was made and fitted by Kutchenhaus Canterbury adding a sleek, modern finish and great customer service.

A first look at our proposals for the transformation of a family home in Sandling, Hythe.

The design combines a sensitive refurbishment with carefully considered new additions, creating a more spacious and connected contemporary home.

Externally, Millboard Board and Batten+ is paired with matching dark green windows, doors, fascias and rainwater goods to create a cohesive natural palette that sits beautifully within the verdant landscape.

Inside, we have carefully designed the layout around a pre-owned kitchen sourced through Rehome, giving a high-quality kitchen a new life within the redesigned home, saving money and dramatically reducing the carbon footprint and waste.
