First time using Muck Away and very pleased. My mum needed her bedroom carpet, hall/stairs/landing doing and her two seater couch. Dylan attended and did a fantastic job. All carpets look really good and the stairs has come up really clean. The couch also looks like new. Dylan was lovely, explained what he was doing and the process. Very clean and tidy and would definitely use again. One happy customer. Would definitely recommend

We had Nick visit our premises today to conduct cleaning of a corner sofa and footstool, the carpets in our living room and dining room, and the repair of a fairly severe burn in one of the carpets. The service was absolutely spot on from start to finish. From initial communication, turning up on time (in fact, slightly early), thoughtful protection of the hallway by the laying down of a protective mat whilst the various pieces of equipment was brought in and out, the excellent repair of the carpet and a complementary bottle of stain remover left with us says everything you need to know about this business. The consummate professional, Nick was a pleasure to deal with and exceptionally helpful before, during and after my carpet and upholstery treatments. I came to him/Muck Away with a rather unusual situation, needing my carpets and furniture to be cleaned and disinfected/sanitised, which he took in his stride. He showed incredible knowledge and understanding and came up with a bespoke service plan for my needs, using appropriate, high standard products and even helping me by including a disinfectant fog to sanitise the rooms/services in general too. His communication before, during and after booking was excellent. Clearly very knowledgeable in his field, Nick took the time to explain everything before he began with further information, advice and products to leave with us in case of any accidents after he had finished too. Far from being a one size fits all operation, Muck Away provide an incredibly bespoke service according to not just your needs but also what each carpet in each room is made from, what each stain consists of, the best treatment and product for each, etc. I am still in awe of the results and the pure magic he worked on my severely used and abused carpets and furniture (and it looks even better after the first vacuum)! You certainly get what you pay for and more.
